DISCIPLINE, SUSPENSION AND DISCHARGE. 20.01 Whenever an employee is requested to report for a disciplinary discussion with supervisory personnel, prior to any disciplinary action being taken or a grievance being lodged, such employee shall have a Union Representa- tive at such a meeting. For the purposes of this provision, “Union Repre- sentative” shall mean the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for the particular work area or, if not available, any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ within the section or, if not available the Unit Chair.
