Disciplinary Sanctions. Any member of the faculty may be subject to disciplinary sanctions for failure to carry out the responsibilities of a faculty member as defined in Section 5.2 of this agreement. Disciplinary sanctions shall include but are not limited to: 1. warning letters; and 2. formal written reprimands.
