Disciplinary Outcomes following the procedure in Clause 27.1 employees may be subject to the following discipline outcomes: Verbal warning with a file note entered on the employee’s personnel file; or Formal warning or reprimand with a file note entered on the employee’s personnel file; or Final warning or reprimand with a file note entered on the employee’s personnel file; or Temporary reduction in position, classification level and pay (for a period of up to twelve (12) months). When this option is implemented, the employee will be required to undertake work activities in accordance with the classification level to which they have been regressed; or Suspension from duty without pay, or Dismissal, with or without notice as applicable.

Disciplinary Outcomes. Students who commit repeated violations (three or more)—whether minor violations or mistakes—or at least one serious transgression of this Agreement or other College policies will face disciplinary action. This may include but is not limited to: an administrative hearing before a xxxx or Judicial Board hearing; immediate removal from campus; and/or immediate suspension. A student who is removed from campus may be permitted to continue the semester via digital learning, but they will not be eligible for any refund of room and board.
