Common use of Disciplinary Appeals Clause in Contracts

Disciplinary Appeals. You may appeal against a decision made or a penalty applied under the Student Disciplinary Procedure by emailing xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx within ten working days of the letter confirming the outcome. You must explain why you are appealing. An Appeals Panel will hear the appeal and consider the penalty.
