Discharged Liabilities. Prior to, or on the Closing, each Assignor shall cause all monetary obligations and other liabilities relating to the Included Leases or Assignor's operations in the Retail Stores prior to the Effective Time, to be discharged in full, at no cost or expense to Assignee, including, without limitation, Unpaid Rent, which shall be paid in accordance with Section 2 hereof.
