Discharge or Suspension Procedure. (a) An employee being dismissed or suspended under this Article shall be afforded the opportunity to appear before the employee's Department Head with a Union representative to hear the reasons for their dismissal or suspension.

Discharge or Suspension Procedure. When the Employer has disciplined or dismissed an employee under this section, a letter stating the reasons for such discipline or discharge will be forwarded to the employee within five (5) working days of the employee's discipline or dismissal, with a copy to the Recording Secretary of the Union.
