Discharge of Obligations. With respect to any duties or obligations discharged hereunder by the Administrator, the Administrator may discharge such duties or obligations through the personnel of an Affiliate of the Administrator; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing, the Administrator shall remain fully liable hereunder for such discharged duties and obligations.
