Discharge Employees. In the event a member of the bargaining unit shall be discharged by the Board from his/her employment from and after the date hereof, and he/she believes he/she has been unjustly dealt with, such discharge shall constitute a case arising under the methods of adjustment of grievances herein provided, beginning with the fourth (4th) step.
