Discharge Planning If further care at home or in another facility is appropriate following discharge from the Hospital, Blue Shield will work with the Member, the attending Physician and the Hospital discharge planners to determine the most appropriate and cost effective way to provide this care.
Discharge Grievance (a) An employee shall only be discharged from the employment for just cause, except that an employee who has not completed the probationary period may be released based on a fair and proper assessment against reasonable standards of performance and suitability. An allegation of action contrary to this clause may be taken up as a grievance. As a good labour relations practice, the Home agrees to provide written reasons within seven (7) calendar days to the affected employee in the case of discharge or suspension.
Information Security Program (1) DTI shall implement and maintain a comprehensive written information security program applicable to the Personal Information ("Information Security Program") which shall include commercially reasonable measures, including, as appropriate, policies and procedures and technical, physical, and administrative safeguards that are consistent with industry standards, providing for (i) the security and confidentiality of the Personal Information, (ii) protection of the Personal Information against reasonably foreseeable threats or hazards to the security or integrity of the Personal Information, (iii) protection against unauthorized access to or use of or loss or theft of the Personal Information, and (iv) appropriate disposal of the Personal Information. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Information Security Program shall provide for (i) continual assessment and re-assessment of the risks to the security of Personal Information acquired or maintained by DTI and its agents, contractors and subcontractors in connection with the Services, including but not limited to (A) identification of internal and external threats that could result in unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of Personal Information and systems used by DTI and its agents, contractors and subcontractors, (B) assessment of the likelihood and potential damage of such threats, taking into account the sensitivity of such Personal Information, and (C) assessment of the sufficiency of policies, procedures, information systems of DTI and its agents, contractors and subcontractors, and other arrangements in place, to control risks; and (ii) appropriate protection against such risks.

Charge Nurse A charge nurse is an experienced nurse who is assigned the responsibility for the nursing activity and patient care on a single nursing unit for one (1) or more shifts. System Security and Data Safeguards When SAP is given access to Licensee’s systems and data, SAP shall comply with Licensee’s reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect such data and guard against unauthorized access. In connection with such access, Licensee shall be responsible for providing Consultants with user authorizations and passwords to access its systems and revoking such authorizations and terminating such access, as Licensee deems appropriate from time to time. Licensee shall not grant SAP access to Licensee systems or personal information (of Licensee or any third party) unless such access is essential for the performance of Services under the Agreement. The parties agree that no breach of this provision shall be deemed to have occurred in the event of SAP non-conformance with the aforementioned safeguard but where no personal information has been compromised.
