DISCHARGE CRITERIA AND PROCESS. 4.1. CONTRACTOR will engage in discharge planning beginning at intake for each client served under this agreement. Discharge planning will include regular reassessment of client functioning, attainment of goals, determination of treatment needs and establishment of discharge goals.

DISCHARGE CRITERIA AND PROCESS. Typically, discharge planning begins at the time a licensed mental health professional determines and recommends in writing that the client is able to function independently in a community. The discharge planning process culminates with the individualized discharge plan and recommendations, which includes a written aftercare plan. This document will go with the resident at the time of discharge from the facility and to any authorized provider or facility. The discharge plan is developed with the participation of the clients, family members or authorized representatives and includes recommendation for further treatment and/or follow-up activities after discharge from the program. The Program Director and Nursing staff are responsible for the efficacy of the discharge plan. Discharge process may also be initiated in the event of the termination of the client’s program as requested by the client, client’s legal representative, licensed mental health professional, or the Program Director in the events of severe violations of admissions agreements.
DISCHARGE CRITERIA AND PROCESS. Discharge may occur because of negative participant behaviors or may be initiated by the client at any time. Before discharge, staff will attempt resolution and support to the participant to avoid returning to a homeless situation.

  • Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both Parties of this Agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error, other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure. To this end, an arbitration board shall have the power to allow all necessary amendments to the grievance and the power to waive formal procedural irregularities in the processing of a grievance, in order to determine the real matter in dispute and to render a decision according to equitable principles and the justice of the case.

  • Prohibition Against Selecting and Installing Products Containing Hazardous Materials The Contractor shall not select, install or otherwise incorporate any products or materials containing Hazardous Materials within the boundaries of the Site. Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.

  • Technology Requirements The Customer is required to obtain and maintain, at the Customer’s own expense, compatible Electronic Channels, hardware, operating systems, and software approved for such use by Royal Bank, and which are up-to-date and unaltered from manufacturer specifications.   • Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses (a) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with.

  • Project/Milestones Taxpayer develops and manufactures various products for use in the defense, aerospace and security industries. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to expand its operations at various locations throughout California, including El Segundo, Redondo Beach, Palmdale, Sunnyvale, Woodland Hills, Azusa and Rancho Xxxxxxxx. As part of its expansion, Taxpayer will invest in manufacturing equipment, computer and electrical equipment and make tenant improvements to the above facilities. Additionally, Taxpayer will hire full-time employees as part of its expansion (collectively, the “Project”). Further, Taxpayer agrees to satisfy the milestones as described in Exhibit “A” (“Milestones”) and must maintain Milestones for a minimum of three (3) taxable years thereafter. In the event Taxpayer employs more than the number of Full- time employees, determined on an annual full-time equivalent basis, than required in Exhibit A, for purposes of satisfying the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” Taxpayer may use the salaries of any of the Full-time employees hired and retained within the required time period. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by the taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, Xxxxxxxx agrees that any full-time employee hired after the effective date of this agreement that is a “qualified full-time employee” (as defined in RTC section 23636) shall be excluded from the calculation of the net increase of full-time employees required by this Agreement if Taxpayer claims the credit allowed by RTC section 23636.

  • Administrative Claims Requirements and Procedures No suit or arbitration shall be brought arising out of this Agreement against City unless a claim has first been presented in writing and filed with City and acted upon by City in accordance with the procedures set forth in Chapter 1.34 of the Chula Vista Municipal Code, as same may be amended, the provisions of which, including such policies and procedures used by City in the implementation of same, are incorporated herein by this reference. Upon request by City, Consultant shall meet and confer in good faith with City for the purpose of resolving any dispute over the terms of this Agreement.
