Disbanding. The Project Team shall remain in full force and effect for as long as any Product is or may be developed or Sold under this Agreement.
Disbanding. The Joint Committee will be automatically disbanded effective upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Disbanding. Purchaser shall have the right in its sole discretion to disband the JOC and, after doing so, subject to Section 4.1, to recommence its participation in the JOC, in each case upon advance written notice to Seller.

The Steering Committee shall remain in full force and effect for as long as any Product is or may be in Clinical Development under this Agreement or is being Sold anywhere in the world pursuant to this Agreement, provided that the Steering Committee will be disbanded in circumstances where either the Biomira Territory is the Territory (and not just the North American Territory) or the Cancer Vac Territory is the entire world and Biomira has no residual rights under article 3 of this Agreement. Notwithstanding that the Steering Committee may be disbanded in the circumstances specified in this section 4.2.8, the parties shall nevertheless communicate and cooperate with each other so as to facilitate the development and commercialization of the technology which is the subject of this Agreement.
Disbanding the Steering Committee shall remain in full force and effect for as long as any Product is or may be in Clinical Development under this Agreement, provided that the Steering Committee will be disbanded in circumstances where either the Biomira Territory is the Territory (and not just the North American Territory) or the Cancer Vac Territory is the entire world and Biomira has no residual rights under article 3 of this Agreement.
Disbanding. The JSC shall be disbanded on the Onboarding Date. Thereafter, XXXXXXX shall provide LAVA with an annual report as described in Clause 3.3 (the “Annual Report”).
