Disaster Assistance. A Flight Attendant who is unable to report for work due to a natural disaster will be removed from her/his scheduled duty upon request. Such instances will be considered an absence without pay, discipline, and/or occurrence.
Disaster Assistance. The Company will work with a Flight Attendant whose home/domicile is involved in a natural disaster or an Act of God (fire, hurricane, etc.). Each situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Disaster Assistance. In the event of a natural disaster, i.e., flood, tornado, earthquake, fire, etc., employees who are officially advised or required to evacuate their homes by public officials (i.e., employees in zones with evacuation orders or evacuation warnings), NBRC shall provide one (1) day of Paid Administrative Time, for the day of evacuation, to cover the employee’s time away from work to relocate safely. A maximum of one (1) day of Paid Administrative Time shall be provided for each such event advising/requiring evacuation. NBRC shall allow remote work under the terms of the Remote Work Agreement. Employees who are able to continue to work beyond the day they physically evacuated will be paid for their regular work time. Any employee who is not able to work remotely under the terms of the Remote Work Agreement or physically report to the office while evacuated beyond the one (1) day of Paid Administrative Time, will be required to utilize accrued benefits to cover their time away from work. If an employee does not have a balance of accrued benefits to use, the employee’s time away from work will be unpaid.

Disaster Assistance. The Operator shall be actively involved in planning for and responding to any declared disaster or storm event in Guam. In the event a disaster is declared, normal operations may be suspended at the RECEIVER/TRUSTEE’s, discretion and Operator shall respond in accordance with the RECEIVER/TRUSTEE’s Emergency Response Plan or as otherwise directed by the RECEIVER/TRUSTEE.

GreenWaste shall cooperate with City, state and federal officials in filing information related to a regional , state or federally-declared state of emergency or disaster as to which GreenWaste has provided equipment and drivers pursuant to this Agreement.
