Disability Plan. 27-11 The Disability Plan shall be as provided by the University according to the provisions of the plan in the same manner and to the same extent as provided to University employees not represented by a Union. During the terms of this Agreement, it may be amended but not eliminated by the University, except that the following, consistent with the terms of the plan, shall not be changed during the term of this Agreement:
