Disability Income Protection. The District shall maintain a policy of disability income protection for unit members who work fifty percent (50%) or more of full-time. For purposes of disability income coverage, fifty percent (50%) or more is based upon a minimum twenty (20) hours or more a week for a nine-, ten- or eleven-month unit member.
