Directory Service Requests. Comcast shall provide to SCRTC, at no charge to SCRTC and in a format required by SCRTC, or by a mutually agreed upon industry standard (e.g., Ordering and Billing Forum developed) a directory service request (“DSR”), Listing Information for Comcast End Users who are to be published in the SCRTC directory and whose service address location falls within the geographic area covered by the relevant SCRTC directory. Comcast shall provide to SCRTC, no less than weekly, DSR(s) for Comcast End Users with updated additions, changes, and deletions of Comcast End User directory listings. SCRTC shall promptly provide to Comcast, (normally within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt by SCRTC, excluding non-Business Days), a query on any listing that is not acceptable.

  • Service Requests In support of services outlined in this Agreement, the Service Provider will respond to service related incidents and/or requests submitted by the Customer within the following time frames:  0-8 hours (during business hours) for issues classified as High priority.  Within 48 hours for issues classified as Medium priority.  Within 5 working days for issues classified as Low priority. Remote assistance will be provided in-line with the above timescales dependent on the priority of the support request.

  • Observation Services This plan covers services provided to you when you are in a hospital or other licensed health care facility solely for observation. Even though you may use a bed or stay overnight, observation services are not inpatient services. Observation services help the physician decide if you need to be admitted for care as an inpatient or if you can be discharged. These observation services may be provided in the emergency room or another area of the hospital or licensed healthcare facility. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount you pay.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1
