Directors and Senior Executive Officers. The directors and executive officers of Summit Community Bank at the Effective Time shall be the directors and executive officers of the Resulting Bank at the Effective Time and each of such persons shall hold office from the Effective Time until their respective successors are duly elected or appointed and qualified in the manner provided in the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Resulting Bank or as otherwise provided by law.
