Directives, Practice Notes. or Circulars issued by the Clearing House, is restricted to only Clearing Members. The Clearing House shall have no liability to any other party. In particular, the Clearing House shall have no liability to any party affected or aggrieved by any alleged action or omission of the Clearing House or any of the directors, officers or employees of the Clearing House.
