Directions regarding location of Specified Equipment. Immediately before, upon or following termination or expiry of this contract, the Train Operator shall comply or procure compliance with all reasonable directions given by Network Rail concerning the location of the Specified Equipment.

Directions regarding location of Specified Equipment. Immediately before, upon or following termination or expiry of this contract, the Freight Customer shall comply or procure compliance with all reasonable directions given by Network Rail concerning the location of any Specified Equipment owned or leased by the Freight Customer which is used by an Appointed Operator solely for the purpose of operating the Services ("Freight Customer Specified Equipment").

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment.
