Common use of DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION Clause in Contracts

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. Subject to paragraph 69.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 75 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. Subject to paragraph 69.2 80.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 75 86 below.

Subject to paragraph 69.2 64.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; Identify all Suppliers capable of meeting the Contracting Body’s Statement of Requirements apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 75 70 below.

Subject to paragraph 69.2 1 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue Electronic Catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 75 7 below.

Subject to paragraph 69.2 60.2 above any Contracting Body the Fund awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 75 64 below.

Subject to paragraph 69.2 S3.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria set out in Table 1 to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 75 S-9. below.

(ALL LOTS) Subject to paragraph 69.2 13.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 75 19. below.. FURTHER COMPETITION PROCEDURE (LOT 3 ONLY)

Subject to paragraph 69.2 181 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 75 185.1.41 below.

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. Subject to paragraph 69.2 1.2 above any Contracting Body Buyer awarding a Call Call-Off Agreement Contract under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue each Framework Supplier’s Catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Call-Off Agreement Contract with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 75 6 below.

Subject to paragraph 69.2 66.2 above any Contracting Body awarding a Call Off Agreement under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Goods and/or Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award the Call Off Agreement with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 75 72 below.
