Common use of Direct Award Clause in Contracts

Direct Award. 1. The following criteria and weightings shall be applied to the Framework Suppliers' compliant tenders submitted through direct award. Criteria Number Criteria Percentage Weightings to be set by the Contracting Authority conducting the direct award 1 Quality 80% (Contracting Authorities can modify the percentage weighting to meet their requirements using a variance level of -/+ 10%) 2 Price 20% (Contracting Authorities can modify the percentage weighting to meet their requirements using a variance level of -/+ 10%)
