Direct Award. The following criteria and weightings shall be applied to the Framework Suppliers' compliant tenders submitted through direct award. Direct ordering without a further competition is permitted to be used by Contracting Authorities for low value orders (up to a maximum of £20,000) for Goods and/or Services available from the Core List, or for continuity purposes where only one Supplier can meet a Contracting Authority’s Goods and/or Services Requirements.
