Direct Assignment Facilities. Facilities or portions of facilities that are constructed for the sole use/benefit of a particular Transmission Customer requesting service under the Tariff. Direct Assignment Facilities shall be specified in the Service Agreement that governs service to the Transmission Customer and shall be subject to Commission approval.
Direct Assignment Facilities. PSI shall pay IPL on a monthly basis IPL*s annual charges on the total installed cost of the facilities provided in Section 2.2 above multiplied by IPL*s annual carrying charges as calculated in Attachment 1 and revisions will be filed with the FERC.
Direct Assignment Facilities. Each Company shall make Direct Assignment Facilities available to the Transmission System Operator as may be required to provide service to a particular Transmission Customer requesting service under the Open Access Transmission Tariff.
Direct Assignment Facilities. BPA shall collect the capital and related costs of a Direct Assignment Facility under the Advance Funding (AF) rate or the Use-of-Facilities (UFT) rate. Other associated costs, including but not limited to operations, maintenance, and general plant costs, also shall be recovered from the PTP Transmission Customer under an applicable rate schedule.
Direct Assignment Facilities. Any agreements for the recovery of costs associated with Direct Assignment Facilities shall be negotiated by the Parties in advance of the design, planning and construction of each Direct Assignment Facility proposed under the Agreement. Any such agreements shall be in writing and executed by both Parties.

Direct Assignment Facilities. The Parties may amend this Agreement to provide for the District’s construction and operation of one or more Direct Assignment Facilities for the sole use or benefit of Alcoa. A description of District facilities directly assigned to Alcoa as of the date of this Transmission Agreement is included in Appendix D.
