Direct assignment. Employees shall be eligible for direct assignment from the time they receive a notice of layoff until either a) the expiration of recall rights, b) the time they accept pay in lieu, or c) the time they exercise bumping rights;
Direct assignment. Bonneville determines pursuant to section 5(a)(3) that costs for Expansion Facilities should be directly assigned to the Customer; or
Direct assignment. All Expansion Facilities resulting from the Cluster Study are subject to a determination of Direct Assignment of costs. If Bonneville determines that costs for Expansion Facilities should be directly assigned to the Customer, then Bonneville will: (i) exclude such costs from consideration for rolled-in rate treatment under the Commercial Infrastructure Financing Proposal (CIFP) evaluation pursuant to section 5(b), (ii) notify the Customer that this Agreement shall terminate pursuant to section 1(b)(3), and (iii) process the Customer’s TSR in accordance with the OATT.
Direct assignment. Costs accumulated in an activity, project, program, or work order for services performed specifically for a single Client Company or Function will be directly assigned and charged to such Client Company or Function.

To secure the right of the Corporation to receive the Death Benefit pursuant to Section 8.a. hereinbelow, the Employee has assigned, or shall contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement assign, the Death Benefit to the Corporation via direct assignment, by properly executing the Assignment.
