Diligent Efforts. 6.17.1 Purchaser agrees and covenants, for itself and its Affiliates, that Purchaser shall use, and shall cause its Affiliates to use, Commercially Reasonable Efforts to (i) conduct the Development Plan; (ii) file an NDA for the Third Generation Product; and (iii) Exploit the Seller Products. Without limiting the foregoing, Purchaser shall have the right to amend the Development Plan from time to time based on the results of studies conducted with the Third Generation Product and commercial, scientific and regulatory considerations.
