Digital Wallets. The terms in this Section 9 apply when you use a digital wallet to make purchases with your Card. If you add your Card to a digital wallet, you agree that we can provide your information to the digital wallet service provider in order to provide the services you have requested. The digital wallet service provider is solely responsible for the operation of the digital wallet and for the use and sharing of the information they collect about you and your Card.

Digital Wallets. The terms in this Section 9 apply when you use a Digital Wallet to make purchases or other transactions with a Card. Digital Wallets may not be accepted at all places where your Card is accepted. The Bank does not charge a fee for Cardholders to use Digital Wallets, however message and data rates may apply. You should contact your wireless carrier for details on using Digital Wallets. The applicable service provider is solely responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Digital Wallet and may suspend or delete a Card from an enabled device at any time, with or without the Cardholder’s permission. The Bank also maintains and shares your information with Digital Wallet service providers as described in our Privacy Notice. When you add your Card to a Digital Wallet, you agree that the Bank may provide your information to the Digital Wallet service provider in order to provide the services you have requested. Information that you provide about your Card in the Digital Wallet will be collected by the service provider and will be subject to their privacy policy.
Digital Wallets. You may elect to add your Card to one or more digital wallets supported by the Bank.
Digital Wallets. Generally, this section of the Agreement governs your election to use eligible Cards issued by us when you add, attempt to add or keep your Card in one or more digital wallets (“Digital Wallet”) supported by us if we make such Digital Wallet services available to you. If you add your Card to a Digital Wallet supported by us, your use of your Card in connection with the Digital Wallet is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth by the third party Digital Wallet provider or another third party supporting the Digital Wallet or Digital Wallet provider (collectively, the “Digital Wallet Provider”). By using your Card in connection with a Digital Wallet, you agree you will comply with the terms of this Agreement and any agreement with the applicable Digital Wallet Provider. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not add your Card to, or use your Card in connection with, a Digital Wallet.
Digital Wallets. The Purchaser and its Subsidiaries deposit substantially all of their crypto-assets, including any Bitcoin mined, in digital wallets held or operated by the Purchaser or its Subsidiaries (the “Purchaser Wallets”). Except as set forth in the Purchaser SEC Reports or as set forth on Section 5.21 of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedule, there are no material Encumbrances on, or rights of any person to, the Purchaser Wallets or the crypto-assets contained in such Purchaser Wallets other than Permitted Encumbrances. The Purchaser and its Subsidiaries have taken commercially reasonable steps to protect the Purchaser Wallets and crypto-assets, including by adopting security protocols to prevent, detect and mitigate inappropriate or unauthorized access to the Purchaser Wallets and crypto-assets.
Digital Wallets. The Purchaser and its Subsidiaries deposit substantially all of their crypto-assets, including any Bitcoin mined, in digital wallets held or operated by the Purchaser, its Subsidiaries and/or Atlas Power Hosting, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and service provider for the Purchaser (“Atlas,” and such digital wallets, the “Purchaser Wallets”). Except as set forth in the Purchaser SEC Reports or as set forth on Section 5.21 of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedule, there are no material Encumbrances on, or rights of any person to, the Purchaser Wallets or the crypto-assets contained in such Purchaser Wallets other than (x) Permitted Encumbrances and (y) Atlas’ custody and control thereover. The Purchaser and its Subsidiaries have taken commercially reasonable steps to protect the Purchaser Wallets and crypto-assets, including by adopting security protocols to prevent, detect and mitigate inappropriate or unauthorized access to the Purchaser Wallets and crypto-assets.
Digital Wallets. You may add your eligible Card to one or more Digital Wallets supported by Patriot. Before downloading and activating a Digital Wallet, you should determine whether the Digital Wallet is supported by Patriot and you should carefully review these Digital Wallet terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the Digital Wallet provider. By adding your Card to any Digital Wallet, you hereby acknowledge and agree to use your Card through the Digital Wallet in accordance with these Digital Wallet terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the Digital Wallet provider. If you do not wish to agree to these Digital Wallet terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of any Digital Wallet provider, then you may not add your Card to, or use your Card in connection with, any Digital Wallet. You agree that these Digital Wallet terms and conditions supplement the other agreements between you and us, including the applicable Card agreement (e.g. the Consumer Credit Card Agreement and Disclosure or the Business Credit Card Agreement), and you agree to comply with such other agreements in connection with your access to and use of any Digital Wallet. You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of a Digital Wallet is and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Digital Wallet provider, that the terms and conditions of the Digital Wallet provider constitute an agreement between you and the Digital Wallet provider, that you will comply with such agreement, and that you will be responsible for any failure to comply with such agreement. You further acknowledge and agree that Patriot is not a party to any agreement between you and any Digital Wallet provider and that Patriot is not and will not be responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, products, or services of any Digital Wallet provider.

The following information which may be accessed for these purposes: 1) holdings; 2) holdings pricing; 3) transactions, 4) open trades; 5) income; 6) general ledger and 7) cash.

  • Speed The relative importance we attach is “high”.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.
