Differentials and Premiums. 24.01 Unless otherwise provided for under the terms of this Agreement, an employee will not receive the benefit of more than one (1) premium or overtime rate for the hours worked. Where more than one (1) premium or overtime rate may be interpreted as applying, the employee will be compensated at the highest single applicable rate. For the purposes of this clause differentials will not be considered as premiums or overtime rates.

  • Weekend Premiums An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday.

  • Differentials No evening or night differentials will be applicable for a person on flexible scheduling concepts unless some or all of the hours he/she works would have fallen within the differential period of 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. had the person not been on a flexible scheduling concept.

  • Overtime and Premium Pay Section 1. Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times an employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work over forty (40) hours in one (1) week.

  • SHIFT AND WEEKEND PREMIUMS 39.1 An employee working on shifts shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for all hours worked, including overtime hours, between 16:00 and 08:00. The shift premium will not be paid for hours worked between 08:00 and 16:00.

  • Overtime Premiums All time worked before or after the regularly established working day shall be considered overtime and be paid for at one hundred and fifty (150%) percent of the employee's pro- rated hourly rate for the first two (2) hours and double the employee's regular hourly rate for each hour worked thereafter.

  • Differential Differential is a salary allowance in addition to the basic rate or schedule based upon additional skills, responsibilities, hours of employment, or distasteful or hazardous work.

  • Shift Premiums (a) Evening/Night Premium Employees working an evening or night shift where the major portion of hours worked fall within the hours of 1500 and 0800 hours, shall be paid at their regular hourly rate plus a shift premium of $2.10 ($2.75 effective July 1, 2015) per hour for all hours worked.

  • Maintenance Charges 3.1 The annual service charge for the Maintenance Service is payable annually in advance. Payment for services provided to the Customer in addition to the Maintenance Services is due on presentation of an invoice by the Supplier.

  • Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay. Weekend premium pay shall not be included in the nurse’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay calculations, unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The weekend shall be defined as all hours between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p. m. Sunday.

  • Lead Hand Premium The Lead Hand premium shall be one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for employees so appointed and the Company retains sole discretion to appoint, maintain or delete the use of lead hands.
