Difco's and Buyer's Warranties shall be deemed to be repeated as at Completion with reference to circumstances then existing and, subject to the other provisions of this agreement, shall survive Completion so that the remedies for breach of any of such warranties shall continue to subsist notwithstanding Completion for a period of one (1) year following Completion whereupon such Warranties shall expire and be of no further force or effect except with respect to any breaches of Warranties as to which specific written notice has been provided within such one (1) year time period.
