Dietician. NUTRITIONIST - a licensed dietician-nutritionist performing within the scope of such licensure. Where there is no licensure law, the dietician-nutritionist must be certified by the appropriate professional body.
Dietician. (d) The Employer agrees to contribute 100% of the billed premiums towards coverage of the eligible NP in the active employ of the Employer under the current group life insurance plan currently in effect. Such insurance shall include benefits for accidental death and dismemberment in the principal amount equal to the amount of the Group Life Insurance to which the NP is entitled. The Employer also agrees to contribute 100% of the billed premiums toward Dependent Life Insurance (spouse $5,000 and children $2500).

Dietician. The insurance will reimburse necessary and reasonable costs for up to ten consultations per diagnosis, by a dietician following referral by a physician. Up to ten consultations will be paid for in the case of diagnoses that have a medical link. The treatment must be approved and arranged by Euro Accident’s Medical Call Center.

Experimental drugs and treatments Treatment which is experimental, or has not been proven to be effective. This includes, but is not limited to: • treatment that is provided as part of a clinical trial • treatment that has not been approved by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) • any drug or medicine that is prescribed for a purpose for which it has not been licensed for or approved by NICE • any combination of drugs or medicines prescribed for the purpose for which they have not been licensed for, or approved by NICE Eyesight • treatment to correct your eyesight, such as laser treatment, refractive keratotomy and photorefractive keratotomy • spectacles, and other visual aids, treatment of strabismus (squint) or amblyopia (lazy eye) • sight tests - please note however these may be covered under the ‘Well-being benefits’ section Failure to follow medical advice • treatment arising from or related to your unreasonable failure to seek or follow medical advice and/or prescribed treatment, or your unreasonable delay in seeking or following such medical advice and/or prescribed treatment • complications arising from ignoring such advice Foetal surgery Surgery undertaken on a child while it is in its mother’s womb. Genetic testing and/or genetic engineering Please note however that genetic testing may be covered under the ‘Well-being benefits’ section, and genome testing may be covered under the ‘Cancer genome tests’ benefit within the ‘Cancer treatment’ section.
Dietician. Contractor shall provide a minimum of .5 FTE for a Dietician position. Person in this position will provide the following services:
Dietician. The Dietician will assess your nutritional needs, and will provide assistance if you need a special diet, such as a diabetic diet. She/he will arrange for your meals at the Day Center to meet your needs. If you have meals delivered to your home, she will also arrange for those meals to meet your nutritional needs. If you need help following special diets, or have other questions about purchasing or preparing food, she can assist you.
Dietician. Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics that provides eligibility for full membership of the Dieticians Association of Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the Employer. Diversional Therapist Must hold a health science or Applied Science Bachelor degree in leisure, recreation or Diversional Therapy recognised by the Diversional Therapy Association of Australian National Council, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the Employer. Exercise Physiologist Must hold a Bachelor degree in exercise and sports science, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the Employer. Genetics Counsellor Must have an Bachelor degree in a non-nursing, non-medical discipline and in addition hold a post graduate qualification in Genetic Counselling or have attained Part I certification in genetics counselling from the Human Genetics Society of Australasia.
Dietician a person who pursuant to Article 2 of the Besluit diëtist, ergotherapeut, logopedist, mondhygiënist, oefen- therapeut, orthoptist en podotherapeut [Dieticians, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Oral Hygienists, Remedial Therapists, Orthoptists and Podotherapists Decree] is entitled to use the title of dietician and is contracted to Zorgverzekeraar VGZ.
