Dietary Services. If dietary services are provided, they shall be provided only as authorized by the hospice and in con- junction with the plan of care. The services shall be provided by a registered dietician or an individual who has documented equiv- alency in education or training. Dietary services shall be super- vised and evaluated by a registered dietician or other individual qualified under this paragraph who may delegate acts to other employees.   • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.
