DEVOLUTION OF TITLE. A. By an Indenture of Sale dated the 22nd of February, 2007 made between West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (WBHIDCL) and Magus Bengal Developers Pvt. Ltd. (subsequently known as Keppel Magus Development Private Limited and now known as Elita Garden Vista Project Private Limited) and registered in the office of Additional District Sub-Registrar Bidhannagar (Salt Lake City) in Book No. I Volume No. 59, Pages No. 117 to 126, Being No. 00945 for the year 2007. WBHIDCL sold and transferred to Magus Bengal Developers Pvt. Ltd. the piece and parcel of land measuring about 48,573.66 Sq. Metre more or less being Premises No. (Erstwhile plot No. 111E-4/1 in Block No.) in Street No. 48 M. WIDE ROAD situated in New Town, P.S. Rajarhat District: North 24 Parganas at or for the consideration therein mentioned and on the terms and conditions therein mentioned and thus, the Vendor herein became the sole and absolute owner of all that piece and parcel of land measuring about 48,573.66 Sq. Metre more or less being Premises No. (Erstwhile plot No. 111E-4/1 in Block No.) in Street No. 48 M. WIDE ROAD situated in New Town, Kolkata.
DEVOLUTION OF TITLE. A. Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Others claimed to be seised and possessed of and/or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to as the absolute owner of ALL THAT piece and parcel of land containing by measurement an area of 2 Bighas, 8 Chittacks and 20 square feet, be the same a little more or less, together with all buildings and structures situated and standing thereon, all situate, lying at and being premises Nos. 00X xxx 00X, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, P.S. and P.O. Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 700 017, within Xxxx No. 63 of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, District Kolkata, hereinafter referred to as “the Subject Property”.
DEVOLUTION OF TITLE. 1. Smt. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, purchased the Sali land measuring more or less 60.1/2 decimal in C. S. Dag Nos. 64 and 65 corresponding to R. S. Dag Nos. 78 and 79, appertaining to C. S. Khatian No. 249, corresponding to R. S. Khatian No. 115, of Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X. X. No. 97, Police Station Sonarpur, District South 24-Parganas, from the Owner Xxxx Xxx Xxxx of Kandarpapur, Police Station Sonarpur, District South 24-Parganas by and under a Deed of Sale (Bengali Kobala) which was registered on 20.04.1990 before the office of the Addl. District Sub-Registrar at Sonarpur and recorded in Book No. 1, Volume No. 50, Pages from 71 to 76, Being No.2563 for the year 1990. The title of the property was morefully described in the said Deed of Conveyance.
DEVOLUTION OF TITLE a) Subodh Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx claims to be seised and possessed of and/or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to as the absolute owner of ALL THAT pieces and parcels of land measuring 1 Bigha 7 Cottahs 4 Chittacks and 22 Sq.Ft , more or less, together with two storied brick- built dwelling house with out houses, godowns, sheds and other erections standing thereat, all situate lying at and being premises No. 0X, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx (“the Mother Property”).
DEVOLUTION OF TITLE. A) One Xxxxxxxx Xxx, who during his lifetime was a Hindu governed by the Dayabhaga School of Hindu Law, was seized and possessed of and/or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to All That the piece and parcel of land containing an area of 2 Bighas, 16 Cottahs, 8 Chittacks, 21 Sq. ft. be the same a little more or less Together With all buildings and/or structures erected thereon situate lying at and being premises Xx. 00/0, Xxxxx Xxxx, Kolkata (hereinafter referred to as the `said entire property').
DEVOLUTION OF TITLE i. That One Moulvi Xxxxx Xxxxx seized and possessed ALL THAT piece and parcel of Banijik Abasan land measuring about 160 Decimal comprised in Mouza- Podrah, Block- Sankrail, L.R. Khatian No. 2134, X.X. 38, X.X. Dag No. 649 and 651 within the Jurisdiction of P.S. Sankrail in the District of Howrah, Gram Panchayat- Thanamakua A.D.S.R Domjur, Pin- 711109 (hereinafter referred to as the said flat) morefully described in the Schedule A hereunder by way of inheritance.
DEVOLUTION OF TITLE. 1. By a Deed of Conveyance dated 21st September, 1981 and made between Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx ( therein described as the Vendor) of the One Part and Smt. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx alias Smt. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, since deceased, and Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx (therein described as the Purchasers) of the Other Part and registered in the Office of the District Sub-Registrar at Alipore, 24 Parganas South and recorded in Book No. I being Deed No. 10780 for the Year 1981 the said Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx for valuable consideration therein mentioned, sold, conveyed, transferred, assured and assigned unto and in favour of Smt. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, since deceased, and Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx jointly ALL THAT piece and parcel of land containing by estimation an area of 7 Cottah be the same a little more or less and curved out of the land comprised in R. S, Dag Nos. 3102 and 3103 corresponding to LR Dag Nos. 3139 and 3140 appertaining to R. S. Khatian Nos. 666 and 684/2, Pargana – Magura, Mouza–Jagaddal, P. S. and Sub-Registry Office– Sonarpur, District–South 24 Parganas thereinafter referred to as “THE PLOT OF LAND”.
DEVOLUTION OF TITLE. 2.1. By two Deeds of Conveyance, both dated 04-04-1997 one Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx & another being owners/vendors jointly sold 62 (Sixty Two) Decimals land, situated at and /or comprised in R.S. & L.R. Dag No. 232, under R.S. Khatian Nos. 70 & 188, within Mouza - Gobindabasan, X.X. No- 89, Police Station - Digha Xxxxxx Coastal, District - Purba Midnapore, more fully described in the First Schedule written hereunder to one Multiple Resorts Pvt. Ltd.. i.e. by Deed of Conveyance, dated 04-04-1997, registered in the office of Additional District Sub- Registrar, Ramnagar vide Book No. 1, Volume No. 33 , Pages 196 to 206 , Being No, 1875, for the 1997 sold 31 Decimals land and by another Deed of Conveyance, dated 04-04-1997, registered in the office of Additional District Sub-Registrar, Ramnagar vide Book No. 1, Volume No. 33, Pages 104 to 113, Being No, 1858, for the 1997 sold 31 Decimals land;
DEVOLUTION OF TITLE. A.1. One Paharpur Cooling Towers Limited was sole and absolute owner and in peaceful position of Sali land admeasuring 7 kattha 8 chittack more or less comprised inR.S. Dag No. 792, X.X. Xxxxxxx No. 525, Mouza – Xxxx, X.X. xx. 21, Police Station - Thakurpukur, Dist. : 24-Parganas South.
