Devices with access to data plans outside of the District’s network are not permitted. This restriction is inclusive of any and all cell phones. Please follow the Code of Conduct for specifics regarding cell phones.

  • Service Animals Humber Residences acknowledges the rights of persons with disabilities to retain their service animal while living in Residence. In order to preserve the health and safety of all people and animals living or working in the Residence environment, the Resident will notify the Residence Office that they require a service animal and will provide documentation as outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act confirming that the Resident requires the service animal.   • License Type Your license to a Product will be under a Named User or CPU license type, as specified on an order. Each Named User license to a Product entitles a Named User to access and use that Product in one production environment and up to two non-production environments. Each CPU license to a Product entitles you to assign the Product to a single CPU in one production environment and up to two non-production environments, for use in support of an unspecified number of Named Users.

  • Access to Network Interface Device (NID 2.4.3.1. Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
