Common use of Developments Clause in Contracts

Developments. (i) Executive shall make full and prompt disclosure to the Company of all inventions, improvements, discoveries, methods, developments, software, and works of authorship, whether patentable or not, which are created, made, conceived or reduced to practice by Executive or under his direction or jointly with others during the Employment Period, whether or not during normal working hours or on the premises of the Company or any Affiliates (collectively, “Developments”).

Developments. (ia) The Executive shall will make full and prompt disclosure to the Company of all inventions, creations, improvements, discoveries, trade secrets, secret processes, technology, know-how, copyrightable materials, methods, developments, software, and works of authorshipauthorship or other creative works, whether patentable or not, which are created, made, conceived or reduced to practice by Executive him or under his direction or jointly with others during his employment by the Employment PeriodCompany, whether or not during normal working hours or on the premises of the Company or any Affiliates (collectively, all of which are collectively referred to in this Agreement as “Developments”).

(i1) The Executive shall make full and prompt disclosure to the Company Elastic of all inventions, improvements, discoveries, methods, developments, software, and works of authorship, whether patentable or not, which are createdcreate, made, conceived or reduced to practice by the Executive or under his direction or jointly with others during the Employment Period, whether or not during normal working hours or on the premises of the Company Elastic or any Elastic's Affiliates (collectively, “"Developments”").

Developments. (ia) The Executive shall will make full and prompt disclosure to the Company of all inventions, improvements, discoveries, methods, developments, software, developments and works of authorship, whether copyrightable, patentable or not, which are created, made, conceived or reduced to practice by Executive him or under his direction or jointly with others during his employment by the Employment PeriodCompany, whether or not during normal working hours or on the premises of the Company or any Affiliates (collectively, all of which are collectively referred to in this Agreement as “Developments”).

Executive shall make full and prompt disclosure to the Company Board of all inventions, improvements, discoveries, methods, developments, software, software and works of authorship, whether patentable or not, which are created, made, conceived or reduced to practice by Executive or under his direction or jointly with others during his employment by the Employment Period, whether or not during normal working hours or on Company and relating to the premises business of the Company or any Affiliates (collectively, “all of which are collectively referred to in this Agreement as "Developments”").

Developments. (i1) The Executive shall make full and prompt disclosure to the Company Elastic of all inventions, improvements, discoveries, methods, developments, software, and works of authorship, whether patentable or not, which are created, made, conceived or reduced to practice by the Executive or under his direction or jointly with others during the Employment Period, whether or not during normal working hours or on the premises of the Company Elastic or any Elastic's Affiliates (collectively, “"Developments”").

Developments. (ia) The Executive shall will make full and prompt disclosure to the Company of all inventions, improvements, discoveries, methods, developments, software, and works of authorship, related to the activities of the Company, whether patentable or not, which are created, made, conceived or reduced to practice by the Executive or under his direction or jointly with others during his employment by the Employment Periodcompany, whether or not during normal working hours or on the premises of the Company or any Affiliates (collectively, “all of which are collectively referred to in this Agreement as "Developments”").

(ia) Executive shall make full disclose promptly and prompt disclosure fully, in writing whenever possible, to the Company of and to its designated representatives and agents, all ideas, devices, inventions, improvements, discoveries, methods, developments, computer software, product marks and works of authorshipdesignations, whether patentable or not, which are created, made, conceived or reduced to practice by Executive or under his direction or jointly with others during the Employment Periodtechnical information and know-how, whether or not during normal working hours patentable, copyrightable or on otherwise protectable relating in any way to the premises of the Company Business (referred to together herein as "Developments"), which Executive conceived or any Affiliates (collectivelymade or may conceive or make, “Developments”).whether solely or jointly with others:
