Development Commitment. Tenant agrees to produce and submit to Summit County for approval, and exercise its best efforts to maintain in place, a master plan for the demised premises (which may be a continuation of the master plan submitted by Landlord in April, 1997, or a derivation thereof) that contemplates a minimum of three million (3,000,000) square feet of residential and commercial real estate development on that portion of the demised premises denominated the base area as reflected on the Landlord's current master plan and two million (2,000,000) square feet of residential and commercial development on that portion of the demised premises denominated the mid-mountain village as reflected on the Landlord's current master plan. The master plan may not alter the designation of Willow Draw as a subdivision for single family detached dwellings without Landlord's prior written consent.

Development Commitment.
