Development and Test Environments. In addition to production use of the Services, Citizens is entitled to one development and one test environment for use by Authorized Users at no additional charge. Such non-production environments shall have the same data storage and processing capacities as the production environment. Vendor shall cooperate with Citizens’ requests in managing the non- production environments without additional charge such as refreshing Citizens Data upon request.

Development and Test Environments. The Software may be used on one or more Development or Test environments in evaluation mode and does not require a Designer License or Production Server license. The evaluation Software may be used for evaluation and testing purposes only.

  • Inspections and Testing Each Interconnected Entity shall perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner.
