Common use of Development Agreement Clause in Contracts

Development Agreement. This Agreement is a Development Agreement to be implemented in accordance with SMC 17A.060 et seq and RCW 36.70B.170 through RCW 36.70B.210. It shall become a contract between the Owners, their successors and assigns, and the City upon the City’s approval by ordinance or resolution following a public hearing.
