Developing Chapters b) Organizational Members – divided into (i) Standard Members; (ii) Multinational Members; (iii) Principal Members and (iv) Strategic Members. Details of the rights and responsibilities of each are set out in this Agreement and the Governing Documents. This Agreement applies to Organizational Membership only.
Developing Chapters a) Developing Chapters are not Members of the bSI Company. They are permitted to send observers to the International Council Meeting but are not permitted to vote at the International Council Meeting. They are permitted one vote on the Standards Committee.

  • PRINCIPLES OF COLLABORATION The parties agree to adopt the following principles when carrying out the Project (Principles):

Buyer shall also be entitled to draw upon the Project Development Security for any damages arising upon Buyer’s declaration of an Early Termination Date.

  • Application of Funding Techniques to Programs 6.3.1 The State shall apply the following funding techniques when requesting Federal funds for the component cash flows of the programs listed in sections 4.2 and 4.3 of this Agreement.
