Developer Tools. OT is not responsible or liable for Licensee’s development or use of additional software code or software products (“Licensee Software”) using software developer tools licensed by OT and Licensee will defend and indemnify OT against any claims, damages, costs, losses or expenses related to the development or use of the Licensee Software.

Developer Tools per user license You must acquire a license for each user you permit to access or use the software. You may install any number of copies on any number of devices for access and use by one user to design, develop, test and demonstrate programs. Only licensed users may access the software.
Developer Tools. We set and enforce limits on your use of the Developer Tools at our discretion and may change the limits at any time by revising the information contained in the Documentation.
