Developer Ownership. Subject to Section 3.2, as between Developer and Oracle, Developer will retain its right, title and interest in and to the Developer Application or Developer Connector. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in consideration of the licenses granted to Developer by Oracle herein, Xxxxxxxxx agrees not to directly or indirectly use any patents to prevent third parties from developing products or services using the SuiteCloud Technologies or offering or distributing such developed products or services. In addition, Developer covenants not to assert against Oracle or other partners, developers, and Customers using the SuiteCloud Technologies, any patent reduced to practice by Developer in exercising the rights or licenses granted by Oracle pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Customer Ownership Customer owns and has sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and appropriateness of all original data, content and information provided to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx in conjunction with the Services, and, when paid for, Customer will own all modified content and information as specified under the SOW (collectively the “Content,” which, together with the Customer’s trademarks or logos, are referred to as the “Customer Material).”
