Common use of Developer License Clause in Contracts

Developer License. The Supplier grants the Customer the non-exclusive, timely limited and non- transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of Workstations set out in the Annex for operation in conjunction with the Database Programs defined in the Annex. Without the written consent of the Supplier, Customer is not entitled to use the Software in conjunction with other Database Programs.

Developer License. The Supplier grants the Customer the non-exclusive, timely limited exclusive and non- non-transferable license Floating License to install and use the Software on the number of Workstations set out in the Annex for operation in conjunction with the Database Programs defined in the Annex. Without the written consent of the Supplier, Customer is not entitled to use the Software in conjunction with other Database Programs.

The Supplier grants the Customer the non-exclusive, timely limited exclusive and non- non-transferable license Floating License to install and use the Software during the Subscription Period on the number of Workstations set out in the Annex for operation in conjunction with the Database Programs defined in the Annex. Without the written consent of the Supplier, Customer is not entitled to use the Software in conjunction with other Database ProgramsPrograms which are not supported by the Supplier in accordance with the Annex.
