Determination of Interest. Each applicable Purchaser Agent shall determine the CP Rate and the Interest, as applicable, for its related Purchaser (including unpaid Interest related thereto, if any, due and payable on a prior Payment Date) to be paid by the Borrower with respect to each Advance on each Payment Date for the related Accrual Period and shall advise the Servicer thereof on the third Business Day prior to such Payment Date.
