DETERMINATION OF FEE. Prior to the beginning of each membership year (September 1 through August 31), the Association will notify the Board in writing of the amount of the regular membership dues, initiation fees, and assessments charged by the Association to its own members for the academic year. The representation fee to be paid by non-members will be determined by the Association in accordance with the law.

DETERMINATION OF FEE. (i) Increase in the Number of End Users: At the end of each calendar quarter, Clearwire shall promptly, but no later than thirty (30) days following the end of such quarter, determine the number of Clearwire End Users as of such date who have paid Clearwire for three (3) months of VoIP Services where VoIP Services are identified as a separate line item or charge or, if not identified as a separate line item or charge, where Clearwire has been paid for three (3) months of any services comprised at least in part of VoIP Services. The increase, if any, in the number of End Users over the highest number of End Users for any calendar quarter preceding such calendar quarter (the "NEW END USERS") shall be multiplied by applicable New End User Payment (as defined below) to determine the amount due to BCE Nexxia and payable as provided below. The "NEW END USER PAYMENT" shall be equal to [***] until such time as the aggregate total of all of Clearwire's End Users equals [***] at which time the amount shall be reduced, on a going forward basis, to [***] if there are no New End Users for a given calendar quarter or there is a decrease in the number of Clearwire's End Users for a given calendar quarter, then no fee shall be payable under this Section 3.2(a)(i) for such calendar quarter. For purposes of the calculation of New End Users, only End Users of VoIP Services that are supported by BCE Nexxia through the arrangement and supply of the Services as provided herein shall be included.
DETERMINATION OF FEE. The amount of the workforce housing fee shall be established by resolution of the Board. Thereafter, the workforce housing fee shall be increased or decreased annually by the percentage change in the Construction Cost Index for the San Francisco Bay Area for the prior year, as reflected in the third quarter Engineering News Record. The workforce housing fee shall be automatically adjusted, and a new schedule published by the Director, effective on January 1st of each year. This adjustment will offset the effects of inflation related to construction cost increases or deflation-related cost decreases. If the Construction Cost index is discontinued, the Director shall use a comparable index for determining the changes in the median home costs for the County. The fee shall be periodically reviewed and updated at least every five years to reflect any changes in the need for affordable housing resulting from new nonresidential development.
