Common use of Determination Final Clause in Contracts

Determination Final. The determination by the Calculation Agent of all amounts, items and dates falling to be determined by it pursuant to these Conditions (including, without limitation, the Interest Rate for any Interest Period and the amount of interest payable for any Interest Period in respect of any PD Debt Instrument) shall, in the absence of manifest error, be final and binding on all parties.
