DETAILS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA. 5.1. The following provisions of this Section set out descriptions of the personal data processed by UD Trucks Group under this Agreement as required by Article 28(3) of the GDPR. For the avoidance of doubt, this Section does not create any obligation or rights for any party to this Agreement.
