DETAILED SCOPE OF SERVICES. The detailed scope of services to be performed by the Service Provider includes those services required and issued to the Service Provider by the District’s Project Manager. All work shall comply with current City, County and Municipal codes and shall be inspected or caused to be inspected by the District’s Project Manager as appropriate.

DETAILED SCOPE OF SERVICES. The Consultant will create a customized website 5.1.1 for each ECOE procurement, which will serve as a centralized site for all parties' to access data and be notified of any updates. In addition to posting questions and answers from bidder's conferences, the Consultant will also post: rules for the use of the procurement platform, historical usage data/demand data in downloadable excel files, rules, contract terms and conditions, and other important data. This customized web site will be accessible to both ECOE and qualified suppliers.
DETAILED SCOPE OF SERVICES. TASK 1 – GRANT ADMINISTRATION This task provides for the coordination and drafting and finalization of FAA grant applications, regular financial reporting, and close out documentation. This task includes one (1) meeting with the County to discuss the grant application. The Consultant will prepare a FAA grant application. The Consultant will develop a NEPA CATEX, if applicable. Additional environmental approval process and engineering or planning work is not included in this Task Order. If requested, the Consultant will prepare and submit monthly drawdown paperwork for use by the County within the electronic Delphi System (SF 270 Form) based on consultant invoices and County administration costs. The Consultant will prepare quarterly federal financial reports (SF 425). The Consultant will prepare grant close out documentation based on the assumption that the required documentation will be provided to the Consultant if the work is not completed by the Consultant. This will include coordination with the County and external parties as applicable.

DETAILED SCOPE OF SERVICES. 1) Flower bed, shrub, and tree maintenance shall include monthly visits for inspection and service. This includes cutting back dormant perennials and ornamental grasses, deep edging of all beds and tree rings and removing the edgings from the site, removal of leaves and debris in plant beds, treatment and removal of weeds as to keep weeds to a minimum and not allowing any areas to become overburden with weeds, grounds and bed maintenance of the landscaped areas in front of the main plant entrance and driveway as listed above (A – F).

The Scope of Services is divided into five major elements: Project Management and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (Task 1.0); Watershed Evaluation (Task 2.0) which includes Data Assembly, Evaluation and Collection; Model Development (Task 3.0); a Community Rating System Evaluation (Task 4.0); and Final Stormwater Master Plan Report (Task 5.0). Task 1.0 – Project Management and Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) The Consultant will utilize a Project Management System that combines expert-level management staff with effective technologies to ensure that project goals are met and schedules and budgets are maintained throughout each task of the project. The system is designed to provide our managers and our clients with timely, accurate information concerning the actual progress of work and its cost. Four components are used in our results focused project management approach: • Project Plan • Schedule and Budget Control • Communication • Quality Assurance/Quality Control The Project Plan will be delivered under Task 2.1 and will include the project goals and objectives, project tasks and schedule, communication protocols including primary points of contact, allocation of staff and QA/QC elements. EXHIBIT A A detailed schedule for each task will be established using scheduling software and submitted to the City’s Project Manager for review and approval. This schedule will allow the Consultant to monitor interdependent tasks to ensure that the overall project schedule and goals are met. If unplanned delays occur for any tasks at any time during the project schedule we will make timely and appropriate adjustments. However, often agency timelines, funding deadlines, fiscal years, and other constraints drive the project schedule. The Consultant understands this dynamic, and will work within the boundaries of a given program to meet the City’s requirements. This task includes time for project management and quality assurance/quality control for the various Stormwater Masterplan Tasks. Monthly progress meetings and conference calls will be conducted over the proposed project schedule to review status of deliverables, project issues, if any, and action items for the Consultant and/or City.
