Detailed Inspection. The detailed inspection will be made when the work is substantially complete. A copy of the detailed inspection list will be furnished to the Contractor. When this inspection progresses over any length of time, copies of the list will be furnished as the inspection progresses so that the Contractor may proceed with the required work without delay.

Detailed Inspection. A detailed inspection must be performed at least once a year. Ifa history of recorded pavement deterioration is available, i.e., Pavement Condition Index (PCI) survey as set forth in Advisory Circular 150/5380-6, “Guidelines and Procedures for Maintenance ofAirport Pavements,” the frequency of inspections may be extended to three years.
Detailed Inspection. Once any refinements to the scope and direction of the assessment are made, WJE will visually examine the floor structure in accessible portions of the subfloor space. The location and degree of deterioration will be recorded so that repairs can be designed and located. A minimum of two concrete samples will be removed from the structure and examined or tested as needed to inform the course of repair. The testing may include petrographic, carbonation, and chloride studies, as appropriate for conditions encountered. WJE will also either obtain or create dimensioned floor plans showing the locations of walls and the overall layout of the buildings. These plans will be coordinated with the documentation of structural deterioration. Where an area is not physically accessible due to obstructions (e.g., structure or plumbing lines), WJE will attempt to examine the structure using other means, such as using cameras on extensions or mounted on remotely controlled vehicles. WJE will not excavate soil or create access openings through the floor to inspect areas that are not accessible and will keep a record of areas not inspected (so that they may be assessed later, as access becomes available.) Where the subfloor does not have adequate fresh air ventilation, WJE will arrange for ventilation or other means to safely conduct our inspection. If conditions do not allow WJE personnel to safely inspect the structure and an area cannot be made adequately safe using available means, WJE will notify HHSC. After completion of the more detailed inspection, WJE will develop and issue a report of findings that details our observations, assessment, and recommendations.

The employee so designated shall suffer no loss of pay when this function is performed during the employee's regularly scheduled work hours.

  • Records Inspection TSD shall keep, and shall require its Permitted Sellers to keep, complete, true and accurate books of accounts and records for the purpose of determining the basis and accuracy of payments to be made under this Agreement. Such records shall be kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals, showing Net Sales of Product on a country-by-country and Product-by-Product bases, and TSD’s or its Permitted Sellers’ usual internal practices and procedures, consistently applied. Such books and records shall be kept for at least five (5) years following the end of the calendar quarter to which they pertain. Such records will be open for inspection by PPD during such five (5) year period by independent accountants reasonably acceptable to TSD, solely for the purpose of verifying the basis and accuracy of amounts in the payment statements hereunder. Such inspections shall be made no more than once each calendar year, at reasonable time and on reasonable notice and shall be limited to information related to Products. Results of any such inspection shall be deemed to be Confidential Information of TSD. If any errors in favor of TSD are discovered in the course of such inspection, then within thirty (30) days of written request by PPD, TSD shall pay PPD those amounts that PPD would [*] Confidential treatment requested; certain information omitted and filed separately with the SEC. have received in the absence of such errors, plus interest pursuant to and in accordance with Section 6.1(b). Inspections conducted under this Section 6.5 shall be at the expense of PPD, unless a variation or error in favor of TSD exceeding [*] percent ([*]%) of the amount stated for the period covered by the inspection is established in the course of such inspection, whereupon all costs relating to the inspection for such period will be paid promptly by TSD.

  • Audit and Inspection 9.1 The Recipient, without charge, will permit any officer or officers of the Commissioner, external auditing bodies (i.e. National Audit Office or Audit Commission) or their nominees, to visit its premises and/or inspect any of its activities and/or to examine and take copies of the Recipient’s books of account and such other documents or records as in such officers' view may relate to the use of Grant. In addition, examinations may be carried out into the economy, efficiency and effectiveness with which the Grant has been used. The Commissioner shall endeavour, but is not obliged, to provide due notice of his/her intent to conduct an audit.

  • Maintenance and Inspection Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to all costs and expenses incurred under this Agreement. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow a representative of City during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of such records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant shall allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement.
