Detailed Construction Cost Estimate. The Architect, as a design professional familiar with the construction industry, shall develop a series of detailed Construction Cost estimates. Should the Construction Cost estimate exceed the Estimated Construction Cost at any time during design, the Architect shall immediately implement a process of redesign to bring the Assigned Project into compliance with the Construction Cost. All redesign shall be at no additional cost to the District.

Detailed Construction Cost Estimate. Based upon the Work of the Project depicted in the Construction Documents approved by the District, Architect shall prepare a detailed Construction Cost Estimate for the work at the 50% and Final (100%) intervals of the Construction Documents. It shall be the Architect’s duty to design the Project within budget. If the detailed Construction Cost Estimate exceeds the Project Construction Budget, Architect shall revise the Construction Documents as necessary so that the detailed Construction Cost Estimate for the Work depicted therein, conforms with the Project Construction Budget.
Detailed Construction Cost Estimate. Project Specifications Previous review comments received from the City will be tabulated; responses will be addressed and incorporated on the project plans as necessary.
Detailed Construction Cost Estimate. At such time as the Architect achieves fifty percent (50%) completion of the Working Drawings, the Architect shall prepare a detailed Construction Cost Estimate for the Work depicted in the fifty percent (50%) completed Working Drawings (“the 50% Estimate”). If the detailed 50% Estimate materially exceeds the Construction Budget for the Assigned Project, the Architect shall revise the Working Drawings as necessary so that the 50% Estimate conforms with the Construction Budget for the Assigned Project. Revisions of the Working Drawings shall be without adjustment to the Contract Price for the Assigned Project unless the District shall have directed modifications or inclusions to the scope of the Assigned Project or component parts thereof which cause the Construction Budget for the Assigned Project to be exceeded.

  • Construction Cost Estimate At 50% completion of the contract documents, the design team will present and submit copies of the project plans and manual. The Construction Administrator will prepare and issue the fourth of five construction cost estimates. The estimate shall be derived from actual takeoffs, subcontractor and vendor input, and material and labor cost data. All quantitative systems information shall be provided in detail.

  • DIRECT CONSTRUCTION COST Direct Construction Cost means the sum of the amounts that Contractor actually and necessarily incurs constructing the Project in strict compliance with the Construction Documents. Direct Construction Cost includes only the cost categories set forth in this Article and does not include the Pre-Construction Phase Fees or the Construction Phase Fees unless specifically noted. References in the UGSC to adjustments in “cost” or “costs” mean the Direct Construction Cost.

  • Construction Cost Budget The total cost to District of all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect, as adjusted during and at the end of the design phase in accordance with this Agreement and the Agreement for Architectural Services. The Construction Cost Budget does not include the compensation of the Project Design Team, the Program Manager (if any), the Construction Manager and any subconsultants, the cost of the land, rights-of-way, or financing which are the responsibility of the District.

  • Construction Cost Adjustment Contracting Officer, as provided in B5.21, B5.212, B5.251, B5.252, and B5.253, shall adjust Specified Road construction cost estimates in the Schedule of Items and show the adjustments as credits or debits to Timber Sale Account in the month when the road segment is accepted.

  • Project Costs Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall disclose to the Department all of the Project Costs which the Company seeks to include for purposes of determining the limitation of the amount of the Credit pursuant to Section 5-30 of the Act and provide to the Department a Schedule of Project Costs in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Payment of Project Costs The Grantee agrees that it will provide for payment of its full share of Project costs and that all costs connected with the Project will be paid by the Grantee on a timely basis.
