Detail Drawings and Instructions. .1 The Project Manager shall furnish as necessary for the execution of the Work additional instructions, by means of drawings or otherwise. All such additional instructions shall be consistent with the Contract documents. The Work shall be executed in conformity therewith and the Contractor shall do no work without such additional instructions. In giving such additional instructions, the Project Manager shall have authority to make minor changes in the Work, not inconsistent with the Contract.

Detail Drawings and Instructions. In case of ambiguity or lack of information, Architect shall furnish additional instructions by means of drawings or otherwise, necessary for proper execution of work. All such drawings and instructions shall be consistent with Contract Documents, true developments thereof, and reasonably inferable therefrom. Such additional instructions shall be furnished with reasonable promptness, provided that Contractor informs the Architect of the relationship of the request to the critical path of construction. Work shall be executed in conformity therewith and Contractor shall do no work without proper drawings and instructions. The Architect will furnish necessary additional details to more fully explain the Work, which details shall be considered as part of the Contract Documents. Should any details be more elaborate, in the opinion of Contractor, than scale drawings and specifications warrant, Contractor shall give written notice thereof to the Architect within ten (10) days of the receipt of same. In case no notice is given to the Architect within ten (10) days, it will be assumed the details are reasonable developments of the scale drawings. In case notice is given, then it will be considered, and if found justified, the Architect will either modify the drawings or shall recommend to District a Change Order for the extra work involved. All parts of the described and shown construction shall be of the quality of their respective kinds required by the Contract Documents and Contractor is hereby advised to use all diligence to become fully involved as to the required construction and finish, and in no case to proceed with the different parts of the Work without obtaining first from the Architect such directions and/or drawings as may be necessary for the proper performance of the Work. If it is found at any time, before or after completion of the Work (but subject to the period for correction of the Work under Section 17.02 below) that Contractor has materially varied from the Drawings and/or Specifications, in materials, quality, form or finish, the Architect shall make a recommendation:

Under like conditions, a schedule shall be prepared, fixing the dates for the submission of shop drawings, for the beginning of manufacture and installation of materials and for the completion of the various parts of the Work. The Principal Representative may consent with such instructions by the Architect/Engineer or amend/revise such instructions at the discretion of the Principal Representative.

  • Construction Drawings After approving the Additional Programming Information, Landlord shall cause the Architect and the Engineers to prepare and deliver to Tenant Construction Drawings that conform to the approved Space Plan and the approved Additional Programming Information. Such preparation and delivery shall occur within 15 business days after the later of Landlord’s approval of the Additional Programming Information or the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement. Tenant shall approve or disapprove the Construction Drawings by notice to Landlord. If Tenant disapproves the Construction Drawings, Tenant’s notice of disapproval shall specify any revisions Tenant desires in the Construction Drawings. After receiving such notice of disapproval, Landlord shall cause the Architect and/or the Engineers to revise the Construction Drawings, taking into account the reasons for Tenant’s disapproval (provided, however, that Landlord shall not be required to cause the Architect or the Engineers to make any revision to the Construction Drawings that is inconsistent with the Landlord Requirements or that Landlord otherwise reasonably disapproves), and resubmit the Construction Drawings to Tenant for its approval. Such revision and resubmission shall occur within five (5) business days after the later of Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s notice of disapproval or the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement if such revision is not material, and within such longer period of time as may be reasonably necessary (but not more than 15 business days after the later of such receipt or such mutual execution and delivery) if such revision is material. Such procedure shall be repeated as necessary until Tenant has approved the Construction Drawings. The Construction Drawings approved by Landlord and Tenant are referred to in this Work Letter as the “Approved Construction Drawings”.

  • Contractor Changes and Assignment (a) The Contractor shall notify the Agency in writing:

  • Intellectual Property Rights in Construction Documents, Drawings, and Models The drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Design Professional pursuant to this Contract (including, without limitation, the Construction Documents), are the property of the Owner, whether or not the Project for which they are made commences or completes construction. Neither the Contractor nor any Subcontractor or material or equipment supplier shall own or claim a copyright in such drawings, Specifications, and other similar or related documents; Owner shall retain all common law, statutory, and other intellectual property rights with respect thereto. The Contractor must deliver remaining copies of such documents to the Owner upon request or upon completion of the Work, except that the Contractor may keep one copy of such documents for its files. The Contractor shall only use such drawings, Specifications and other documents for this Project. Neither the Contractor nor any Subcontractor or material or equipment supplier may use such drawings, Specifications, and other documents on other projects without the specific written consent of the Owner. All models are the property of the Owner.

  • Drawings and Specifications at the Project Site The Contractor shall keep at the Site at least one copy of the Contract Documents and Change Orders, all in good order and available to the Design Professional and to his representatives.
