DETAIL ASSIGNMENTS. When a detail assignment continues for any portion of two (2) or more working days within a fifteen (15) day calendar period, the employee's salary shall be adjusted upward for the entire period of the detail assignment in such an amount as will reasonably reflect normal and assigned duties. Within five (5) working days after the completion of the salary order by Human Resources, the District shall provide the President of CSEA with written notification of detail assignments, the rate of pay of such assignments, and the effective date of the detail assignment with the end date not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days. If the current detail assignment will continue past thirty (30) calendar days, said detail assignment will be posted in accordance with Article 8.3.4 allowing sufficient time for a five (5) day posting period and selection process prior to the end of the thirty (30) calendar day limit.

DETAIL ASSIGNMENTS. The Chief or his designee on a rotating basis as presently in effect shall assign all details. The Chief based upon public safety needs shall determine the required number of detail officers and supervisors. Police officers retiring from the department in good standing may return as special police officers solely for the purpose of working special details. Community Service Officers (CSOs) are also available for the sole purpose of working special details. Special details will be offered to retired Middletown officers, special officers, and CSO’s in this order, only after regular officers have been afforded the opportunities granted them by the rotation system currently in effect for the assignment of details.
DETAIL ASSIGNMENTS. The Bargaining Unit agrees that in a traditional State/County/ or Municipal government environment, police details are almost exclusively done through third-party vendors with very limited impact to department budgets. The University System of New Hampshire and its campuses are a business, with defined yearly budgetary constraints. The majority of police detail requests originate from campus, and police detail costs should not be a barrier to campus colleges, departments, groups, organizations, or programs from providing a safe campus event or program. Employees may work approved “special details” during off-duty hours in accordance with Division policy.

DETAIL ASSIGNMENTS. The parties agree to abide by the standard operating procedure(s) set forth in the UNH Police Department Policy manual and applicable to Special Detail and Compensation. The parties further acknowledge that under Article 31, Management Rights and Article 29, Effect of Agreement, the University retains the authority and right to amend said standard operating procedure(s) from time to time, and agree to abide by the terms of said standard operating procedure(s) as in effect at the time of application.

  • Additional Assignments The Contractor further agrees to, and if applicable, cause each of its employees to, execute, acknowledge, and deliver all applications, specifications, oaths, assignments, and all other instruments which the City might reasonably deem necessary in order to apply for and obtain copyright protection, mask work registration, trademark registration and/or protection, letters patent, or any similar rights in any and all countries and in order to assign and convey to the City, its successors, assigns and nominees, the sole and exclusive right, title, and interest in and to the deliverables. The Contractor’s obligations to execute, acknowledge, and deliver (or cause to be executed, acknowledged, and delivered) instruments or papers such as those described in this Paragraph 38 a., b., and c. shall continue after the termination of this Contract with respect to such deliverables. In the event the City should not seek to obtain copyright protection, mask work registration or patent protection for any of the deliverables, but should desire to keep the same secret, the Contractor agrees to treat the same as Confidential Information under the terms of Paragraph 37 above.

  • Shift Assignments When an opening occurs in a shift assignment in an appropriate work group at a location, preference shall be given to employees within the classification who possess the training, ability and any required special qualifications to perform the work required, on the basis of seniority. In the event that no employee desires a shift assignment, employees shall be selected in order of inverse seniority. This provision shall not apply to necessary training assignments. This provision shall not in itself alter the practice of rotating shifts where such practice presently exists. No employee who has a regular shift assignment on the effective date of the Agreement shall be involuntarily displaced from such shift assignment as a result of this Article.

  • Work Assignments Section 1. The Company shall determine whether to staff a position or fill a vacancy and the method or combination of methods it shall use for such purposes. In making this determination, the Company shall first give consideration to qualified laid off employees with applications on file in accordance with Article 14 Section 7 of this Agreement and then internal candidates prior to off-street applicants. All vacancies within the Bargaining Unit shall be posted (manually or electronically) in locations where Bargaining Unit employees regularly work. The posting shall include the title, wage range, and sufficient information regarding requirements and duties to adequately describe the vacancy. The vacancy shall remain posted for seven (7) calendar days which shall be spread between two (2) workweeks.

  • Training Assignments The Supervisor or designee may establish written training assignments to enable an employee to gain the additional experience and training required for the job for a period of time not to exceed two years. At the completion of the training assignment, the employee’s pay will be set no less than the entry rate of pay for the occupational pay band.

  • Overtime Assignments When needed, overtime work for full-time employees shall be scheduled among qualified employees doing similar work in the work location where the employees regularly work in accordance with the following:

  • General Assignment A general assignment by Tenant for the benefit of creditors;

  • Assignment of Contracts On the Initial Borrowing Date, the Borrower shall have duly authorized, executed and delivered a valid and effective assignment by way of security in favor of the Collateral Agent of all of the Borrower’s present and future interests in and benefits under (x) the Construction Contract, (y) each Refund Guarantee and (z) the Construction Risk Insurance (it being understood that the Borrower will use commercially reasonable efforts to have the underwriters of the Construction Risk Insurance accept and endorse on such insurance policy a loss payable clause substantially in the form set forth in Part 3 of Schedule 2 to the Assignment of Contracts (as defined below), and it being further understood that certain of the Refund Guarantee and none of the Construction Risk Insurances will have been issued on the Initial Borrowing Date), which assignment shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit J hereto or otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Lead Arrangers and the Borrower and customary for transactions of this type, along with appropriate notices and consents relating thereto (to the extent incorporated into or required pursuant to such Exhibit or otherwise agreed by the Borrower and the Facility Agent), including, without limitation, those acknowledgments, notices and consents listed on Schedule 5.07 (as modified, supplemented or amended from time to time, the “Assignment of Contracts”) provided that, if any Refund Guarantee issued to the Borrower on the Initial Borrowing Date shall have been issued by KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, then such Refund Guarantee shall be charged pursuant to a duly authorized, executed and delivered, valid and effective charge of any such Refund Guarantee in the form of Exhibit Q hereto or otherwise in a form reasonably acceptable to the Lead Arrangers and the Borrower and customary for transactions of this type, along with appropriate notices and consents relating thereto (to the extent incorporated into or required pursuant to such Exhibit or otherwise agreed by the Borrower and the Facility Agent) (as modified, supplemented or amended from time to time, the “Charge of KfW Refund Guarantees”).

  • Relief Assignments 3.1 All possible regular relief assignments with five days work per week and two consecutive rest days (subject to Rule 2) shall be established to perform necessary relief work or to perform relief work on certain days and such types of other work on other days as may be assigned under this Agreement.

  • Summer Assignments Employees who worked less than a 12-month schedule at the 10 time of their work-related accident will not be guaranteed summer employment while 11 participating in the Alternate Duty Program.

  • Housing Assignments The University assigns Licensee to a bed space and does not guarantee specific room types, buildings, communities, or roommates. The University shall have the right to reassign the Licensee to a different bed space without the Licensee’s consent prior to or during the term of the Agreement.
