Common use of Designated Clause in Contracts

Designated. Paid Holidays - where an employee is granted a designated paid holiday pursuant to Article 17—Paid Holidays, the time off granted will be seven hours per designated paid holiday for a full-time employee and prorated for a part-time employee. Where the scheduled workday exceeds seven hours, the resulting difference shall be included in the work schedules established pursuant to Clause 14.2.

Designated. Paid Holidays - where an employee is granted a designated paid holiday pursuant to Article 17—17 - Paid Holidays, the time off granted will be seven/seven and one-half hours per designated paid holiday for a full-time employee and prorated for a part-time employee. Where the scheduled workday exceeds seven hours, the resulting difference shall be included in the work schedules established pursuant to Clause 14.2.

Designated. Part-time employees will be included in the work schedules established pursuant to Clause 14.2prorated.

Paid Holidays - where an employee is granted a designated paid holiday pursuant to Article 17—Paid Holidays, the time off granted will be seven (7) hours per designated paid statutory holiday for on an eighteen hundred and twenty-seven (1,827) hour schedule and eight (8) hours per statutory holiday on a full-time employee two thousand and prorated for a part-time employee. Where the scheduled workday exceeds seven hours, the resulting difference shall be included in the work schedules established pursuant to Clause 14.2eighty (2,080) hour schedule.

Designated.
