Designated User. The Academy has decided that for the purpose of charging there will be the following categories of designated user. These are; community lettings, school lettings for activities for pupils or their parents and carers that provide educational benefit to pupils, which the school wishes to subsidise.

Designated User. Subscriber, personally and individually, is the only person who may receive access to and use The AMICO LibrarTyM under the terms and conditions of this agreement. Subscriber may not authorize or give access to any other person(s).

Designated User. For the purposes of this Agreement, "Designated User" means each officer, employee or agent (each being a natural person) of Subscriber, who in each case is from time to time authorised by Subscriber to access and use a particular Service or Services on behalf of Subscriber from a designated IP address as set out in, or otherwise in accordance with, the relevant Addendum. Subscriber shall maintain an up to date list of all Designated Users and make such list available for inspection at MarkitSERV’s reasonable request.   • Approved User A user approved by the relevant Data Access Committee(s) to access one or more datasets for a specified period of time and only for the purposes outlined in the Principal Investigator (PI)’s approved Research Use Statement. The Information Technology (IT) Director indicated on the Data Access Request, as well as any staff members and trainees under the direct supervision of the PI are also Approved Users and must abide by the terms laid out in the Data Use Certification Agreement.

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed.   • Permitted Users Client may access and use only the Course Materials to which Client has subscribed, and such access and use is limited to the number of users identified in the Order Form and any subsequent Orders placed under an Order Form, and for the Contract Term. Orders for additional Subscriptions may be agreed by the parties from time to time under a particular Order Form, and shall set forth the number of additional Subscriptions, the total Subscription Fees payable therefore, and any other terms and conditions relating to such Order (each, an “Order”).   • Supported Uses Subscription Services are provided for Software only when used for its supported purpose (“Use Case”) in accordance with the terms of this Exhibit and Table 1.2 below.

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.

  • Limited Use Each Party agrees it shall not, without the prior written consent of the other Party or as permitted by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do any of the following: (i) disclose any Confidential Information to any third party; (ii) permit any third party access to such Confidential Information; or (iii) use Confidential Information for any purpose other than collecting debt on the Referred Account s referred to Agency by Client.
